Trevion Shields, of Houston, was apprehended by the Harris County Constable’s Office Precinct One last Friday and charged with aggravated kidnapping. The teenager, who is not being named in reports, told investigators Shields was her “ex-boyfriend,” KHOU 11 reported. The girl disappeared on January 28 in the 8300 block of Westheimer Road. It is unclear whether there was any contact with relatives after that date.
